He founded one of the largest privately held security firms on the U.S. West Coast, and co-founded Rubica Inc., delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions. He has advised the U.S. military and national security community and briefed senior leaders at the White House, Downing Street, and the Pentagon.

He has an extensive track record spanning $5 million to $400 million M&A transactions and deep expertise in infrastructure resilience and secure digital platforms.

Chris is a Partner at ITEN combining a distinguished military career with financial markets expertise. He served 10 years as a commissioned officer in the British Army, including multiple operational deployments overseas, preceded by five years of reserve service in a specialist military communications unit, before building extensive private equity advisory and capital markets experience at J.P. Morgan and Moelis across EMEA.

A former British Army officer commissioned into the Parachute Regiment via RMAS, he founded Matterhorn Consulting, delivering security advisory to governments and corporates, and is an active investor and adviser to a leading Middle Eastern venture capital firm.

Edward is an Operating Partner at ITEN, an investor and founder with deep expertise in private markets. He has led over 30 M&A deals across 14 countries with a combined value exceeding $20 billion, and serves as Managing Partner of a private equity fund, and as an adviser to Government on financial industry development including on fintech. Ed previously worked with Foresight Group and Accenture in fintech and private equity, and has founded and successfully exited a number of businesses.

Kevin is CEO of a US Telecoms & Data Technology company and a former U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations Officer with over 21 years of leadership experience. He spent nine years at a large US Government contractor managing teams supporting special projects. As an operations leader, he oversaw a $500M portfolio and drove strategic growth and efficiency initiatives. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and completed Expeditionary Warfare School.
